- 250 g rosemary, fresh
- 500 g sea salt, coarse

Wash the rosemary, spin dry, pluck off the needles, and pat dry with kitchen paper if necessary. Place 1 tablespoon each of rosemary and 2 tablespoons of coarse salt into a spice grinder fitted with a winged blade and grind finely. Do not allow the mixture to heat up during grinding, as the rosemary’s essential oil will cause it to stick. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used up. Pour the mixture into small jars. To prevent the powder from discoloring, wrap the jars in aluminum foil.
