Ingredients
- 300 g Farfalle
- 1 Onion
- 1 Paprika
- 8 Tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 50 ml White wine
- 1 pack Feta
- 120 g Ham
Instructions
- Dice the onions and fry them in a pan with olive oil. Bring pasta water to a boil. Cut the paprika, garlic and 2/3 of the tomatoes, add everything to the onions and fry briefly. If desired, ham can also be added.
- Deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the wine. Let everything boil once. Then add the remaining tomatoes and season with fresh herbs.
- Mix the pasta with the sauce and arrange on the plates. Crumble the feta cheese over the pasta and serve with fresh parsley (or basil).
