Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Farfalle
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Paprika
  • 8 Tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 50 ml White wine
  • 1 pack Feta
  • 120 g Ham

Instructions
 

  • Dice the onions and fry them in a pan with olive oil. Bring pasta water to a boil. Cut the paprika, garlic and 2/3 of the tomatoes, add everything to the onions and fry briefly. If desired, ham can also be added.
  • Deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the wine. Let everything boil once. Then add the remaining tomatoes and season with fresh herbs.
  • Mix the pasta with the sauce and arrange on the plates. Crumble the feta cheese over the pasta and serve with fresh parsley (or basil).
