Farfalle Del Mondo

The perfect farfalle del mondo recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Farfalle
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Paprika
  • 8 Tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 50 ml White wine
  • 1 pack Feta
  • 120 g Ham
  1. Dice the onions and fry them in a pan with olive oil. Bring pasta water to a boil. Cut the paprika, garlic and 2/3 of the tomatoes, add everything to the onions and fry briefly. If desired, ham can also be added.
  2. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the wine. Let everything boil once. Then add the remaining tomatoes and season with fresh herbs.
  3. Mix the pasta with the sauce and arrange on the plates. Crumble the feta cheese over the pasta and serve with fresh parsley (or basil).
  4. Buon Appetito!
