Green Pea Stew (easy)
The perfect green pea stew (easy) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Dried green peas
- 4 Potatoes
- 1 Saxon crackers with caraway seeds
- 1 Onion
- Salt pepper
- 2 Branches Lovage fresh
- Wash the peeled green peas and pick out any damaged peas (use a large saucepan).
- Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Dice the onion as well.
- Boil everything together for about 25 minutes (fill up with enough water that the insert floats. Season with salt, pepper and lovage.
- Finally, add the sliced sausage. Now only let it steep for about 10 minutes, do not boil any more.
