Farfalle – pasta bake with peppers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g minced beef
  • 2 onions, finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of spice mix (spaghetti seasoning)
  • 5 tomatoes
  • ½ small can of tomato paste
  • ¾ bell pepper(s)
  • ½ bunch basil
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 package cheese, grated
  • 250g farfalle
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the tomatoes, dice the bell pepper and onion. Mince the garlic clove and finely chop the basil. Cook the pasta in salted water as usual and drain. Brown the minced meat with the finely diced onions and the minced garlic clove. Season with salt, pepper, and spaghetti seasoning. Add the tomatoes and bell pepper and cook briefly. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the basil and crème fraîche. Place about 2/3 of the pasta in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over the pasta, then top with the remaining pasta. Finally, sprinkle the cheese over the pasta. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
