Farfalle Pasta Salad with Pesto and Rocket

  • 500 g Farfalle pasta
  • 4 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 handful Arugula
  • 250 g Pesto Verde
  • 3 Bullets Mozzarella
  • 0,5 bunch Spring onions
  • 75 g Pine nuts
  • 50 g Grana Padano grated

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain in a colander and allow to cool completely

  1. Roast the pine nuts in a pan, without oil, until golden brown and set aside. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces. Finely chop the spring onions. Pluck or cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Wash arugula.
