Farfalle Pasta Salad with Pesto and Rocket
The perfect farfalle pasta salad with pesto and rocket recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
ingredients
- 500 g Farfalle pasta
- 4 piece Tomatoes
- 1 handful Arugula
- 250 g Pesto Verde
- 3 Bullets Mozzarella
- 0,5 bunch Spring onions
- 75 g Pine nuts
- 50 g Grana Padano grated
Cooking pasta
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain in a colander and allow to cool completely
Preparations
- Roast the pine nuts in a pan, without oil, until golden brown and set aside. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces. Finely chop the spring onions. Pluck or cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Wash arugula.
put everything together
- In a bowl, combine the pesto, tomatoes, mozzarella, Grana Padano, spring onions, pine nuts and the Farfalle pasta and mix everything together. Finally add the rocket. Finished. Incidentally, it tastes particularly good for grilling. *Good Appetite*
