  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
  • Milk
  • Water
  • Flour for rolling
  • Oil
  • 100 g Margarine

preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients and best in a food processor with the dough hook, finally stir together with the wet ingredients. Milk and water are mixed in equal parts and lukewarm and slowly added to the dough during the mixing process until the dough is no longer dry. Let rise for about an hour. Note: Of course, the dough can also be kneaded by hand.

  1. Form small balls out of the dough and roll out with enough flour. Then either bake in a normal oven on baking paper, preheated to 200 °, or in a smaller pizza oven until golden brown.
