Farfalle with cheese and spinach sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g farfalle, cooked
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 450 g spinach, finely chopped, frozen
  • 50 ml white wine, dry
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, sauté onions and garlic, and coat with flour. Add vegetable stock and whisk to combine. Add wine, processed cheese, sour cream, and spinach and bring to a boil. Cook until the spinach reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. We’re serving salmon trout with it.
