Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g farfalle
- salt water
- 120 g smoked salmon, cut into fine strips
- 250 ml cream
- 200 g tomatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- nutmeg
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat the olive oil, add the salmon, and pour over the cream. Add the diced tomatoes, a pinch of nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Cook the farfalle in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain, toss with the sauce, and heat briefly again. Serve hot.
