Farfalle with smoked salmon sauce à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g farfalle
  • salt water
  • 120 g smoked salmon, cut into fine strips
  • 250 ml cream
  • 200 g tomatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • nutmeg
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the olive oil, add the salmon, and pour over the cream. Add the diced tomatoes, a pinch of nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Cook the farfalle in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain, toss with the sauce, and heat briefly again. Serve hot.
