- 6 m.-sized potatoes
- 2 pairs of sausages (Wiener)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- salt and pepper
- some oil

Peel, boil, and slice the potatoes. Dice the onions and sauté in oil in a pan. Cut the wiener sausages into pieces and fry them. Add the potato slices to the pan and fry until the potatoes begin to brown. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the beaten eggs, fry vigorously, and stir to combine. Season again with salt and pepper.
