Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g puff pastry, frozen
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 100 g bacon, streaky
- 6 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 200 g minced pork
- 200 g minced beef
- 2 sausages, raw
- 150 g garlic sausage (sucuk), sliced
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp marjoram, dried
- 2 tsp thyme, dried

Very spicy and super delicious! Serves 8
Thaw the puff pastry. Preheat oven to 200°C. Roll out the puff pastry to a 1/2 cm thickness and line the bottom and sides of a springform pan. Slice the onions, crush the garlic, and dice the bacon. Fry the onion slices in oil, season with salt and pepper, add the garlic and bacon, and fry everything for five minutes. Knead with the breadcrumbs, minced meat, and sausage mixture, and spread on the pastry. Arrange the garlic sausage slices on top. Whisk the eggs with a little cold water and the herbs, pour this mixture over the cake, and bake on the second rack from the bottom for 40 minutes. Serve warm!
