Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes
- 250 g meat sausage
- 1 onion(s), red
- 4 eggs
- 50 ml cream
- 300 g Gouda, medium-aged, freshly grated
- Salt
- oil

easy and fast
Cut the potatoes into cubes (approx. 0.5 x 0.5 cm) and boil in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, dice the onions and sausage and coarsely grate the cheese. Drain the potatoes and fry them in a large pan with oil until browned. Lightly salt the potato cubes, add the sausage and onion cubes, and fry briefly. Mix the eggs, cream, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pour over the potato, sausage, and onion cubes. Let it set briefly. Then fold in the grated cheese and let it melt.
