Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 apples
  • 2 stalk(s) celery
  • 1 bunch of spinach

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

If you don’t have a juicer, remove the cores and peels from the pear and apple and place them in a blender. Add the mint, parsley, celery, and spinach and blend. If you have a juicer, first juice the apple and pear and pour the juice into the blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend. You can also add a little yogurt if desired.
