Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 m.-sized eggs
- 75 g bacon cubes
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
- 150 g mushrooms, sliced
- some parsley or herbs to taste

In a large pan, sauté the onions until translucent, then add the bacon and fry. Meanwhile, crack the eggs into a glass, whisk, and season with salt and pepper. Lightly brown the mushroom slices in the pan. Pour the eggs over the mushrooms, add the parsley, and stir occasionally until the eggs are cooked through.
