Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 tbsp oil
- 500 g potatoes
- 500 g bell pepper(s)
- 500 g tomato puree
- ½ liter broth
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet and hot
- Herbs of Provence
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Wash and dice the bell peppers. Heat the oil in a pan, brown the minced meat, and season with salt and pepper. Deglaze the minced meat with the tomato puree and broth. Season with paprika powder and Provençal herbs. Simmer for about 35 minutes and serve with fresh farmhouse bread.
