Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 250 g onion(s), red
  • 300 g bell pepper(s), green
  • 100 g olives, black, pitted
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (wine)
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • ½ tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes

very quick and easy to prepare

Cut the tomatoes into eighths and slice them. Wash, peel, and slice the cucumber; peel the onions and slice them into rings. Trim, wash, deseed, and slice the bell peppers. Place the tomatoes, cucumber, onions, bell peppers, and black olives in a bowl. Make a dressing from olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, and pepper and pour it over the salad; mix everything well. Dice the feta cheese, sprinkle it over the salad, and season with oregano. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, pick off the leaves, and chop them. Sprinkle the farmer’s salad with the parsley and dried red pepper flakes.
