Nutella cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ small jar of Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Simply mix these three ingredients into a smooth batter. If you have some milk on hand, you can use it to make the dough a bit lighter. Then, using 2 tablespoons of the mixture, drop about 12-14 small heaping balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 15 minutes, until the edges of the cookies have turned slightly darker.
