Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 point lettuce (pick lettuce)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- ½ bunch radishes
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 small red chili pepper(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 2 tsp herbs, Italian
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s), red
Instructions

Rinse the chicken breast fillets with cold water, pat dry, and score the surface 3-4 times. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Deseed the chili pepper, cut it into rings, and sauté it in a pan heated with olive oil. Add the meat and sear it on both sides for about 3-4 minutes. Wrap the meat in aluminum foil and cook in the oven at about 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. Now it’s time to prepare the salad. Place the lettuce in a bowl and wash and chop the remaining ingredients. Dice the feta and add everything to the salad in the bowl. Finally, add a tablespoon of olive oil, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, the Italian herbs, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix everything well and let it marinate. Carefully remove the meat from the oven, cut it into strips, and arrange it on a plate with the salad.
