Ingredients
 

Farmer's stew

  • 400 ml Beef stock
  • 1 Carrot
  • 0,25 Celery root
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 100 g Spelled pasta or other
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 200 g Roast pork - cold cuts (natural)
  • Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Put the beef stock in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Carrot, celeriac Clean the potatoes, cut them into slices (carrot) and then add wafer-thin leaves (celery) and diced (potatoes) both to the stock, switch down and simmer slowly for about 20 minutes.
  • In the meantime, put on the spelled noodles (or others) and cook according to the instructions, then drain / let them drip. Then add the pasta to the cooking ingredients and stir. Peel the onion into fine rings. Take a small pan, add the butter and fry the onion rings in it.
  • Season the onion rings with salt, gourmet pepper and immediately add to the other ingredients. Cut the roast pork cold cuts into strips and add, stir. Season the whole thing again, if necessary season with salt and gourmet pepper. Take deep bowls and add the stew and serve.
