Ingredients
 

  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 600 g White cabbage
  • 6 Discs Kasseler neck steak a 200 gr.
  • 150 g Spelled grains
  • 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 1 liter Vegetable broth
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut soup greens into small cubes, potatoes into large cubes and white cabbage into strips. Mix everything with the spelled grains. Season well with pepper.
  • Distribute in a large casserole or roasting pan. Heat the stock and pour over the vegetables. Wash the Kassel slices, pat dry and spread on top.
  • Braise the closed pot in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours. E-stove: 175 ° C convection 150 ° C
  • Take the pot out of the oven, remove the lid. Grill over for approx. 5 minutes under the preheated grill of the oven (250 ° C). Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve.
