- 800 g Potatoes
- 600 g White cabbage
- 6 Discs Kasseler neck steak a 200 gr.
- 150 g Spelled grains

- 1 bunch Parsely
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cut soup greens into small cubes, potatoes into large cubes and white cabbage into strips. Mix everything with the spelled grains. Season well with pepper.
- Distribute in a large casserole or roasting pan. Heat the stock and pour over the vegetables. Wash the Kassel slices, pat dry and spread on top.
- Braise the closed pot in the preheated oven for about 1.5 hours. E-stove: 175 ° C convection 150 ° C
- Take the pot out of the oven, remove the lid. Grill over for approx. 5 minutes under the preheated grill of the oven (250 ° C). Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve.
