Fast Asian Soup

The perfect fast asian soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,4 liter Water
  • 1 teaspoon Organic vegetable broth
  • 1 Cup Frozen vegetable mix
  • 100 g Smoked tofu
  • 60 g Soba noodles
  • Soy sauce
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Bring the water to the boil and dissolve the vegetable stock in it.
  2. Add deep-frozen vegetables (e.g. vegetable trio) and tofu cut into bite-sized pieces and let them simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the soba noodles and cook gently for another 3 minutes.
  4. Season with soy sauce and pepper and serve in a large bowl.
  5. 🙂 Serve the soup with Asian chopsticks and spoon, the chopsticks for the noodles and the rest with the spoon. 🙂
