Fast Asian Soup
The perfect fast asian soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,4 liter Water
- 1 teaspoon Organic vegetable broth
- 1 Cup Frozen vegetable mix
- 100 g Smoked tofu
- 60 g Soba noodles
- Soy sauce
- Black pepper from the mill
- Bring the water to the boil and dissolve the vegetable stock in it.
- Add deep-frozen vegetables (e.g. vegetable trio) and tofu cut into bite-sized pieces and let them simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the soba noodles and cook gently for another 3 minutes.
- Season with soy sauce and pepper and serve in a large bowl.
- 🙂 Serve the soup with Asian chopsticks and spoon, the chopsticks for the noodles and the rest with the spoon. 🙂
