Ingredients

  • 250 g Frozen berry mix
  • 250 g Low fat quark
  • 2 tbsp Liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 35 g Pink or white meringues
  • If required, Kleene Lene sugar mixture for fruit desserts

Instructions

  • Puree the berries with low-fat quark, honey and milk. Roughly crumble the meringues and stir in. Season to taste and, if necessary, sweeten a little more. If you like, stir in a little sugar mixture (e.g. Kleene Lene from Herbaria for fruit desserts).
  • You can enjoy the ice cream immediately or freeze it. I filled it in silicone muffin cups and frozen it for an hour. For serving, you can sprinkle some crumbled meringue on top. Or drizzle some dessert sauce (e.g. strawberry) over it.
