Fast Brick Biscuits
The perfect fast brick biscuits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Protein
- 60 g Spelled flour type 630
- 70 g Liquid butter
- 200 g Sugar brown
- Flaked almonds
- Parchment paper
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius!
- Mix all ingredients well except for the almonds!
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and spread the spoon-white dough on the sheet! Spread the almond flakes on top. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes! If the dough runs into one another, simply cut it up with the knife!
- Lay out the finished biscuits on a wooden stick, bottle or on an upturned baguette baking sheet so that they get the brick-like shape! 🙂
- With coffee and cake or as a hip with ice cream! 🙂
