Fast Forest Mushroom Pasta

The perfect fast forest mushroom pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Croissant noodles
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 300 g Mixed forest mushrooms *) TK (collected and processed in autumn 2015
  • 1 Onion approx. 100 g
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cooking cream 200 g
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chicken broth instant
  • 2 big pinches Pepper
  • 1 big pinch Rose paprika hot
  1. Cook the squirrel noodles in salted water (1 teaspoon of salt) according to the instructions on the package and pour them through a kitchen sieve. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and finely dice the garlic clove. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Heat butter (1 tbsp) in a pan and sauté / stir-fry the onion cubes with the garlic clove cubes, add the frozen mushrooms and fry with them. Deglaze / pour in the cooking cream, season with salt (1 teaspoon), instant chicken broth (1 teaspoon), pepper (2 big pinches) and hot rose paprika (1 big pinch) and simmer for a few minutes. Add the pasta and the onion rings, heat everything briefly and serve.
