Forest Mushroom Pasta

The perfect forest mushroom pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Mixed forest mushrooms *) / cleaned and cut
  • 1 Onion approx. 100 g
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 4 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 4 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp Sliced ​​parsley
  • 250 g Swabian fresh egg noodles
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Stalk Parsley for garnish
  1. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and finely dice the garlic clove. Heat butter (1 tbsp) and sunflower oil (1 tbsp) in a pan, fry the onion and garlic clove cubes vigorously in it / stir-fry, add the mixed forest mushrooms and fry / stir-fry for a few minutes. Deglaze / pour in the whipped cream (100 g) and season with coarse sea salt from the mill (4 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (4 big pinches). Simmer for a few minutes at the lowest temperature and then fold in the chopped parsley. Cook the Swabian fresh egg noodles according to the instructions on the package in salted water (1 teaspoon) until al dente, drain and toss in butter (1 teaspoon) in a hot saucepan. Serve Swabian fresh egg noodles with wild mushrooms, garnished with parsley.
