The perfect mushroom pasta pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 gr Mushrooms
- 2 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 200 gr Sour cream
- 200 gr Yogurt
- 1 tsp Thyme freeze dried
- 1 tbsp Parsley [TK]
- Olive oil, salt, pepper
- Some sugar
- 50 g Parmesan
- Of course, how to always cook pasta. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and drain. Is correct? yep .. that’s right ^^
- Clean the mushrooms and, depending on the size, quarter or halve (leave the small mushrooms whole). Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes.
- Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan and fry the onion and mushrooms in it. Let it fry until the water that has escaped has evaporated again.
- Peel the garlic and chop it very finely – it is even better to grate it with salt to make a paste. Mix with the sour cream, yoghurt, sugar, thyme and parsley. Pour the mixture over the mushrooms and bring to the boil once. Then take the pan off the stove. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 5 .. Add the pasta to the pan, mix everything together and leave to stand for 5 minutes, covered. Arrange on a plate and decorate with fresh Parmesan.
