Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp, levelled vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 11 minutes

extremely quick mug cake

Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly. Then stir in the oil, milk, and egg. Pour the sticky dough into a very large coffee mug. Microwave on high for 4 minutes, then let cool for 2 minutes. Carefully loosen the edges, as the dough will overflow slightly during baking. Then immediately turn out onto a plate. Decorate or glaze as desired.
