Toast with turkey schnitzel, pineapple and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast (wholemeal toast)
  • 4 small turkey schnitzels, approx. 80 g each
  • 4 slices of pineapple (can)
  • 1 bag of cheese (light), grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • curry powder
  • little fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with wholemeal toast and light cheese

Toast the slices of bread in the toaster. Season the turkey cutlets with salt, pepper, and curry powder and fry them in a little fat on both sides. Place the cooked turkey cutlets on the 4 slices of bread and top each with a slice of pineapple and grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
