Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cl liqueur (Aperol)
  • 8 cl grapefruit juice
  • 6 cl pineapple juice
  • 1 cl lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 cl almond syrup (Orgeat)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Ice, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with four ice cubes and close the lid. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Fill a cocktail glass about one-third full with crushed ice. Pour the contents of the shaker through a strainer. Serve with a straw.
