Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 portions of goulash, leftovers
- Paprika powder
- pepper
- Salt
- some water
- 4 rolls (Röggelchen)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
A warm crust
Carefully heat the goulash in a small kettle with a little water and season again with paprika, pepper, and salt. Place half a Röggelchen on each of four plates and add a generous portion of goulash. Add a Kölsch beer and you have a true delicacy on the table.
