Fennel and orange sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 fennel
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 pack of cheese (Harzer cheese)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 dash of cream
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegetarian, quick

Dice the fennel, onion, and Harzer peppers. Fillet and dice the orange. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the fennel and sauté briefly (max. 3-5 minutes). Blend with the other ingredients in a mixing bowl. Tastes great with pasta, such as tagliatelle.
