  • 2 cl liqueur (cherry liqueur)
  • 2 cl cherry brandy
  • 4 cl cherry juice
  • 10 cl sparkling wine
  • 3 cherry(s), pitted (or cocktail cherries)

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Sparkling wine cocktail

Combine 3-4 ice cubes, maraschino, cherry liqueur, kirsch, and cherry juice in a shaker, shake vigorously, and strain into a large champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with the cherries.
