Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 m.-large fennel roots
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 lemon(s) or lime(s), the juice
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean the fennel, halve it, and cut it into thin strips. Finely chop the green part at the back. Place everything in a bowl. Season generously with salt and drizzle with oil. Knead it with your hands in a bowl until the fennel is soft and pliable. Then drizzle with lemon or lime juice and chill. Perfect for a barbecue or salad bar.
