Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lettuce(s)
  • ½ bunch radishes
  • some red, seedless grapes (amount to taste)
  • 1 ½ tbsp salad seed mix
  • 1 tbsp fruit vinegar
  • 1 ½ tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp honey, liquid
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Salad herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with grapes and radishes

Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, wash, and drain. Wash the radishes and slice them thinly. Wash and halve the grapes. Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Add the radishes, grapes, and seeds to the dressing. Stir in the lettuce just before serving to keep it nice and crisp.
