Spaghetti with tomato and pine sauce and shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 cans tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 point Shrimp(s), frozen
  • e.g. herbs (basil, lovage, dill, marjoram, wild garlic, etc.)
  • garlic powder
  • 1 pack of pine nuts
  • Celery salt
  • Lemon pepper
  • e.g. Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Prepare the spaghetti. Thaw the shrimp and fry them in a pan over low heat in olive oil. Peel the onion, dice it, and sauté it in a pan with a little butter until translucent. Finely chop the herbs, briefly toast the pine nuts in a pan, and add them to the onions along with the tomatoes. Season the sauce with garlic powder, celery salt, and lemon pepper. Arrange the spaghetti on a large plate. Place the shrimp on top of the spaghetti, drizzle with a little lemon juice, and spread the tomato sauce over the top. Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese, if desired.
