Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base, already prepared or a homemade sponge cake base
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • some milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 7 milk slices
  • 7 chocolate bars (Kinder Pingui)
  • 5 chocolate bars (Kinder Choco fresh)
  • 2 chocolate bars (Kinder Bueno)
  • 3 chocolate bars (Kinder Kinder Maxi King)

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

Done in no time and not that difficult

Cut the cake base horizontally into two pieces. However, you can also buy pre-cut cake bases. Use the first layer of the cake base as a base and surround it with a cake ring. Divide the Kinder Milchschnitten (milk slices) into the two individual layers – cream and brown slices. In a bowl, mix the Milchschnitten (milk slice) cream with 250g of low-fat quark, adding a little milk for a creamier consistency. Instead of the low-fat quark, you can also use whipped cream – but it won’t be as “light” either. Spread the Milchschnitten-low-fat quark cream as the first layer on the cake base. Next, arrange the brown slices on top of the cream. Smash the Kinder Pingui (milk slices) in a bowl and mix with the remaining 250g of low-fat quark to form a cream, adding a little milk for a creamier consistency. Here, too, you can use whipped cream instead of the low-fat quark, but it won’t be as “light” either. Spread the resulting cream over the brown slices as the next layer. Carefully place the second layer of cake base on top of the Pingui low-fat quark cream. Whip 1 cup of whipped cream until stiff peaks form. Break the Kinder Choco fresh into pieces and smash them in another bowl using a mixer. Add the whipped cream and mix until smooth. Spread the Kinder Choco fresh cream over the cake base as the next layer and smooth it out. For decoration, cut each of the 3 Kinder Maxi King cookies in half and spread it over the Kinder Choco fresh cream, pressing in gently. Arrange the previously broken Kinder Bueno pieces between the pieces. Chill the cake for 3-4 hours.
