Festive Days – Potato Salad!
The perfect festive days – potato salad! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Hot:
- 500 g Jacket potatoes
cut into small cubes:
- 1 stalk Sliced celery
- 0,75 Pc. Apple Elstar
give over the apple:
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
- 2 Pc. Hard-Boiled eggs
- 3 Pc. Date tomatoes
Spoon from salad servers!
- 1,5 spoon Wine vinegar
- 2 spoon Corn oil
Spice up :
- Coarse salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Peel the hot potatoes and cut them into slices.
- Break off one stalk of celery, put the leaves aside. cut into small cubes.
- Halve the apple, cut out the core, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Wash the date tomatoes, cut in half, cut out the stalk, separate.
Take salad servers to measure!
- Add the onion, season, mix with the vinegar and oil and let it steep for a moment.
