Feta and cucumber cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g natural yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Crumble the feta cheese, add it to the yogurt, and blend. Peel the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, and remove the seeds with a spoon. Then coarsely grate it and squeeze out any excess water. Add the cucumber to the yogurt. Add some dill, fresh or dried, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
