Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 150 g lentils of your choice
  • 2 tsp Tandoori Masala or other spice mix
  • 80 ml lemon or lime juice
  • 2 tbsp tahini or nut butter of your choice
  • ½ bunch parsley or 2 tsp dried
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

vegan, simple, spicy, flexible

Cook the lentils according to the package instructions. Blend with water, tahini, and lemon juice. Finely slice the garlic and pick the parsley leaves. Add everything along with the spice mix and blend until the desired consistency is reached. It’s perfect as a dip for raw vegetables or as a spread on bread.
