Fluffy dumplings with a delicious filling of feta cheese, diced ham and parsley.
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in lukewarm water. Place the flour in a bowl, make a well in the center, pour the yeast mixture into the well, cover with the remaining flour, and let rise for 15 minutes. Then add the yogurt, oil, half the beaten egg, and salt. Knead into a smooth dough, then cover and let rise for 1 hour. For the filling, crumble the feta cheese and mix with the diced ham, paprika, chopped parsley, and the remaining half of the beaten egg. Divide the dough into 12 portions, roll each one out into an oval shape, add a tablespoon of filling, fold over the sides, and roll up. Beat the egg yolk and brush the dumplings with it. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the coated dumplings and then bake them for about 20 minutes at 180°C (fan oven).
