Pizza rolls made from puff pastry

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g herb cream cheese
  • 1 roll of (to taste) dough from the refrigerated section
  • 100 g bacon cubes
  • 150 g cheese, grated, possibly pizza cheese
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Roll out the puff pastry. Spread the dough with cream cheese and sprinkle with bacon bits, if desired. Season everything with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cut the puff pastry in half lengthwise and roll up. Cut the rolls into approximately 1 cm thick snails and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. (Not too close together!) Sprinkle the snails with cheese and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
