Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 1 pack of ham, raw farmer’s ham or Black Forest ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Best from the grill

First, dice the feta cheese. Cut the ham into strips, then wrap the feta cheese in the cubes. To ensure the whole thing stays in place, pierce it with a toothpick, and the feta bites are ready! They taste best when grilled until browned. They also work well on a raclette grill.
