Feta and Herb Bread
The perfect feta and herb bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Diced feta
- 6 sheet Mint fresh
- 2 Branches Rosemary fresh
- 0,5 bunch Fresh smooth parsley
- 180 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 3 Eggs
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Msp Black pepper from the mill
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Crumble the feta. Rinse off the herbs and shake dry. Finely chop the mint, rosemary and parsley. Mix the flour with baking powder in a bowl. Whisk eggs, oil and milk together well. Add to the flour with feta, herbs and pepper and tempt everything well. Grease a loaf pan. Pour the dough into the loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes. Take out, allow to cool.
