Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 egg white
- e.g. breadcrumbs
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes
Cut the feta cheese into 1 cm cubes. Lightly beat the egg whites with a fork. Coat the cheese cubes first in the egg whites, then in the breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until crispy all over.
