Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pasta
- salt water
- 2 cans of tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Italian herbs
- 1 red bell pepper(s), finely chopped
- ½ tsp chili, finely chopped
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, heat the oil and sauté the bell pepper, onion, and chili. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste with herbs, salt, pepper, and sugar. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve with a mixed salad.
