Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

great to prepare and for guests, also as a starter

Cut the leek into thin rings and sauté in the milk and cream until soft, then remove from the heat. Stir in the egg yolk, diced feta cheese, and sour cream. Season. Lay out the filo sheets, overlapping, according to the instructions and brush with olive oil. Spread the cheese and leek mixture over the bottom third and top with the halved cocktail tomatoes. Roll up the strudel on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press the ends together (if any liquid leaks out, don’t worry; it will thicken during baking). Brush with a little condensed milk and bake in a conventional oven at 180°C (350°F) until it is a nice brown.
