Feta cheese salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g feta cheese, sheep’s cheese in brine
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 3 spring onions
  • ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 6 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Dice the feta, rinse the cucumber with hot water and slice it thinly with the skin on. Slice the onion into strips, press the garlic, and chop the parsley and mint. Make a marinade with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour this over the remaining ingredients and let it marinate.
