Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
  • 3 tomatoes, dried
  • 3 olives, black
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp parsley, fresh chopped
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, black
  • possibly olive oil
  • possibly cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

also great as a filling

Dice the sun-dried tomatoes and olives. Mix well with all the other ingredients. If the mixture is too dry, add a little cream cheese or olive oil. You can vary the herbs; I like to use thyme or a little rosemary, for example. A small crushed chili pepper also adds variety. The mixture is also great for filling meatballs or puff pastry parcels. Simply delicious! Have fun trying it out.
