Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • ½ tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

spicy cream cheese dip

Whisk the cream cheese with yogurt, tomato paste, and sambal oelek until creamy. Slice the chili pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds, and finely slice the pepper. Crush the garlic (or chop it into tiny cubes—we prefer that) and stir it into the cream along with the chili strips. Add salt if desired. Tastes great on baguette or ciabatta, for example, as a starter.
