Feta cheese – paprika cream

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 400 g sheep cheese, Turkish
  • 1 jar Ajvar (spicy paprika cream)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • some mint, fresh, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

sooo easy and so delicious!

Roughly chop the feta cheese and add it to a food processor with the remaining ingredients. Chop everything into a slightly chunky mixture. If you don’t have a food processor or similar, you can also mash the cheese with a fork and then mix it with the ajvar. You can replace the mint with parsley, or leave it out if you don’t like it. Tastes delicious with fresh, crusty white bread or Turkish flatbread. Serve with olives!
