Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 bunch of basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend feta with olive oil, stir in sour cream and finely chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. It goes perfectly with ciabatta or baguette!
